Marian'S Blessed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes, cooked until tender
1 c. sour cream
4 green onions, sliced or 1 small onion
1 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Cook peeled potatoes until tender.
Cool.
Grate into large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
