Yogurt-Creamed Oats With Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. quick cooking oats
    5 Tbsp. warm milk
    2/3 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. toasted, skinned and chopped hazelnuts
    3 to 4 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 apples, coarsely grated
    1 pt. mixed berries
    mint sprigs
    thin apple slices
Preparation
    Soak oats in 5 tablespoons warm milk until swollen, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in yogurt, hazelnuts, honey and lemon juice.
    Mix grated apples into yogurt mixture. Carefully mix in 1 pint mixed berries. Spoon mix into each of 4 goblets or bowls.
    Garnish with thin apple slices and mint sprigs.
    Serves 4.
    For breakfast, brunch or dessert.
