Italian Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1 c. oil
    12 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sugar
    12 tsp. baking powder
    approximately 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Dough should be stiff.
    Mix together and roll in small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Let cool and frost with powdered sugar icing, if desired.
