Hot Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine and spread into a baking dish (8 x 8 preferably) lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
    Mix together 2 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup sugar and sprinkle over flour mixture.
    Stir well. Pour 1 1/2 cups hot tap water over all.
    Do not mix at this point.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
