Fresh Tomato Juice Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. fresh tomatoes, peeled
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, celery, green pepper, bay leaf and onion in blender.
    Blend thoroughly to puree.
    Press through sieve or strainer.
    Add salt, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish.
    Mix well and chill.
    Shake thoroughly before serving.
    Makes about 3 cups.
