Rotel Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. ripe tomatoes
    8 to 12 hot peppers
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 large chopped onions
    2 large chopped bell peppers
    3/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Chop ingredients fine or use a blender; mix together.
    Cook over medium heat until boiling.
    Place mixture in hot sterile jars and seal.
    Process 10 minutes; makes 6 pints.
