Ground Beef Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (if use venison, 2 lb. with 1 lb. pork sausage)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    pinch of mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Blend all thoroughly, form into rolls 18 inches long and 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
    Wrap in foil.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Poke holes in foil; place on broiler pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
    Unwrap to cool.
    Wrap in plastic wrap to store.
