Mini Sausage Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine (soft)
    3 oz. cream cheese (soft)
    1 c. regular flour
    1/2 lb. Bob Evans mild sausage
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Beat butter and cream cheese until creamy.
    Blend in flour. Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Roll in 24 (1-inch) balls.
    Press each into mini muffin cups.
