Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini (peeling and all)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or 1 large tube pan.
    Beat eggs, then add oil, sugar, grated zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift together 3 cups flour and cinnamon.
    Mix well with other ingredients, then add nuts.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
