Raisin Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. raisins
1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Whisk in the egg yolks and milk until thoroughly combined.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add lemon juice and raisins.
Pour into pie shell.
