Ham And Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter (no oleo)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. finely diced ham
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 c. sunflower seeds, roasted and shelled
Preparation

Grease or paper muffin cups. In a skillet, melt butter and saut onion, green pepper and garlic until tender. In large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, beat the milk and eggs together. Add the liquid mixture to the dry along with vegetable mixture, ham and cheese. Stir until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups. Sprinkle sunflower seeds over the tops. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
