Snappy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. water
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 potatoes, pared and cubed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. cubed cooked beef
    2 oz. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat the 2 3/4 cups water to boiling.
    Add soup mix, potatoes and frozen vegetables.
    Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Mix flour and the 1/4 cup water.
    Stir into vegetable mixture.
    Cook until slightly thickened.
    Add meat; heat thoroughly.
    Transfer to serving bowls.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
