Baked Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pink salmon
2 eggs
1/2 pkg. saltine cracker crumbs
salt and pepper
Preparation

On a large double thickness square of foil, place a 1/4 pound hamburger patty. Surround with potatoes, carrots and onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a pat of butter if desired. Fold foil and seal ends. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 to 45 minutes. Make 1 package for each person.
