Old Time Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. stew meat
1 t. worchestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 med. onion
1-2 bay leaves
1 t. salt
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. pepper
6 carrots, quartered
4 potatoes, quartered
dash all spice or cloves
Preparation
-
Brown meat.
Add 2 c. hot water and seasonings.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Remove bay leaves.
Add vegetables.
Cover and cook 30-45 mins. or until vegs are tender.
