Maple Pecan Tartlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. maple syrup
    pinch of salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, syrup, butter, salt and lemon juice. Sprinkle nuts on bottom of each pastry cup.
    Add filling and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    May be frozen.
