Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 box Ritz crackers (1 lb.)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    corn flakes
    large marshmallows
    2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Add eggs, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll Ritz crackers until fine; add to potato mixture.
    Roll corn flakes until fine.
    Wrap potato mixture around marshmallows, then roll in corn flakes.
    Fry until brown in plenty of butter.
