Halibut Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. halibut fillets, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    10 oz. regular milk
    1 c. grated yellow cheese
Preparation
    Place halibut in casserole dish.
    Dust flour over fish. Sprinkle on needed salt and pepper.
    Layer on onion.
    Mix cream of celery soup and milk.
    Pour over onions.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Layer on cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
