Bacon And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 qt. whole milk
    12 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    fresh chives (for garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place 2 tablespoons butter in saute pan.
    Add mushrooms, sauteing about 3 minutes.
    Reserve.
