Emerald Salad Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (2 oz.) pkg. dessert topping mix
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Add water to syrup to make 2 cups; bring to boil.
Add gelatin to boiling syrup and stir to dissolve.
Add drained pineapple; pour into 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch dish.
Cover immediately with a layer of marshmallows.
Chill until gelatin is firm.
