Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs. potatoes, cooked and drained
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and beat until fluffy.\tPour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Bake until lightly brown at 350\u00b0.
