Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/2 slices white bread
1 lb. hamburg
1 small, grated onion
few grains of pepper
catsup and water
pinch of poultry dressing seasoning
pinch of garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Beat egg in a bowl.
Crumble bread into it.
Add enough catsup and water to make a soupy mixture.
Drop in the remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Form into small balls.
Brown in small amount of oil in frypan.
Remove to casserole dish.
