Swiss Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
1 tsp. prepared mustard
12 slices sandwich bread, crust removed
6 slices Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of ground nutmeg
dash of black pepper
Preparation

Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble; drain well. Combine sausage and mustard.
Cut bread slices in half.
Space bread evenly in a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish (I use Pam). Sprinkle sausage over bread; top with cheese.
Space remaining bread over cheese.
