Meat Loaf For One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef round
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    4 Tbsp. catsup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard (optional)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. celery seed
    1 slice bread, crumbled
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, beat egg, milk, 1 tablespoon catsup, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper and celery seed with fork.
    Beat in bread, then add meat. Mix thoroughly to a pasty mixture.
    In a small baking dish, form mixture into a loaf about 3 x 6 inches.
    Spread remaining catsup over loaf and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
    Makes 1 loaf, 6 to 8 slices.
