Self-Crust Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch unbaked pie shell
4 medium peaches, peeled and sliced (fresh)
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, softened to room temperature
1/3 c. self-rising flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced peaches.
Cream together sugar with margarine.
Add flour, egg and vanilla.
Spread this mixture over the sliced fruit and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until top is golden and brown.
