Sweet And Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs
    1 large onion, chopped
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 medium can pineapple chunks
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 green peppers, sliced
    3 strips bacon, cut into pieces
    1 orange, peeled and cut into pieces
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Brown
    ribs
    on
    top of stove. Remove from pan.
    Saute
    bacon
    and
    onions
    in same pan.
    Add juice, soy sauce and brown sugar; heat.
    Add remaining ingredients,
    then stir
    in
    cornstarch.
    Cook until thickened and becomes transparent
    (after bubbling begins, approximately 10 minutes). Pour sauce over ribs and bake in 325\u00b0 oven one hour or until done.
