Salmon Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. salmon
1/2 lemon (make juice)
Preparation

Beat the egg and add milk and salmon; sift the dry ingredients twice.
Add lemon juice.
Drop by spoon into deep fat.
Fry until golden brown.
