Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a casserole dish.
Combine 1 stick melted butter and 1 tube of Ritz cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
