Hot Artichoke Crab Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 cloves garlic
    1 can whole artichoke hearts, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can lump claw crabmeat
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan
    dash of hot sauce to taste
    Carr's water crackers
Preparation
    Saute green onions, garlic and butter over medium heat, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix until fairly creamy over low heat.
    Serve in a chafing dish or something to keep warm during serving.
    I serve with Carr's cracked pepper water crackers.
