Baked Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small to medium zucchini
    2 or 3 ears corn (or 1 large can Niblets)
    1 large red or yellow onion, sliced thick
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. lemon thyme, chopped
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash zucchini and trim ends; slice into 1/2-inch slices. Slice onion and quarter.
    Melt butter; place in a shallow baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Layer zucchini, onion and corn.
    Season each layer with salt and pepper.
