Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
    5 large eggs, well beaten
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    sprinkling of Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions; drain most of the juice (but don't press out excess juice).
    Add all the ingredients, putting eggs in last.
    Pour into a well buttered casserole or souffle dish.
    Spread the surface with buttered bread cubes (white or French bread).
    Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in the middle of oven.
    Serves 6 to 8.
