Creole Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked shrimp (small bay shrimp)
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 1/2 c. raw cauliflower, diced
    3/4 c. green peppers, diced
    small jar pimientos
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. chopped olives
    1 c. light mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl except mayonnaise.
    Toss with the mayonnaise dressing just before serving.
