Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, undrained
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Mix pineapple, cheese, flour and sugar.
Place in 8 x 8-inch casserole dish.
Mix crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of fruit mixture.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
