Sweet-Sour Pork - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. lean pork
2 Tbsp. oil
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sliced onions
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 medium green pepper
hot, cooked rice
Preparation

Cut pork in 1/2-inch by 2-inch strips.
Brown in hot oil.
Add 1 cup water, bouillon cube and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Mix well. Cover and simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
