No Bake Blueberry Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 pt. fresh blueberries (about 3 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (Neufchatel; room temperature)
    3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8-inch) ready-to-fill graham cracker crust (6 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix granulated sugar and cornstarch in medium size saucepan. Stir in water until blended.
    Add 1 cup of the blueberries.
    Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly until berries release their juices.
    Remove from heat and stir in remaining berries.
    Cool to room temperature.
