Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 soup can water
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. dry minced onion (or 1 tsp. fresh chopped onion)
1 tsp. dry parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix soup and water together.
Remove 1/4 cup soup mixture; combine with ground beef.
Add beaten egg and mix well.
Add bread crumbs, onion, parsley and salt; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch diameter balls.
In Dutch oven, brown meat balls; drain off fat. Add remaining soup mixture, cover and cook over low heat about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add a little more water, if needed.
