A Bete Gris Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck or hamburger
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. straight cut French fries
    1 can baking powder biscuits
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking pan; line with the ground chuck or hamburger.
    Spread cream of mushroom soup over top.
    Spread French fries over the entire casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add biscuits over the top of casserole and brown for 10 to 12 minutes.
