Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can broccoli soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion and celery.
    Combine soup and milk.
    Stir in celery, onion, cheese, broccoli and rice.
    Pour in greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
