Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed, drained pineapple
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. mashed ripe bananas
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients well,
    adding
    dry
    ingredients gradually
    stirring until batter is
    moistened.
    Spoon
    batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch
    loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
    Cool 10
    minutes before removing from pans.
