Tomato Juice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 green peppers
parsley, handful chopped
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 bunch celery with leaves, finely chopped
1 head garlic, finely chopped
Preparation

Run tomatoes through Squeezo. Cook rest of ingredients together until softened. Pour into tomatoes. Simmer about 1 hour. Pour into canning jars. Seal.
