Chinese Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 package beef Ramen Oodles of Noodles
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Saute broken noodles and almonds in margarine until almost brown.
Mix together dressing ingredients.
Pour dressing over cabbage mix and onions.
Mix in noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds.
Serve immediately.
(Noodles tend to get stiff if they sit too long.)
