Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork shoulder
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 large onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Brown roast. Add water (about 1 1/2 cups). Cover and simmer slowly until well done. Remove pork and shred, removing fat and bone. Cool broth in which it was cooked. Remove fat from top and use 1 cup of remaining liquid. Combine pork liquid, catsup and other ingredients and mix well. Simmer slowly for 3 hours.
