Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. reduced fat vanilla yogurt
1 medium ripe banana, peeled and cut into chunks and frozen
1 c. frozen berries, any combination
1 c. fat free milk
Preparation

In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour and serve immediately. Diabetic exchange - 1 fruit, 1 milk.
Makes 3 servings, 161 calories each.
