Ken'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. saltine crackers, crushed
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 eggs
    1/2 to 1 c. ketchup
    1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Place in loaf pan or casserole dish.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
