Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

3 c. tomatoes
3 c. bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
Preparation

Heat tomatoes and butter in saucepan over moderate heat, just until butter melts. Mix in bread crumbs, sugar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
