Pennsylvania Dutch Squirrel Or Ham Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 freshly cleaned gray squirrels (recommended) or 3 lb. picnic shoulder ham
    3 large diced potatoes
    2 large diced onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour and water dough, rolled out 1/4-inch thick in a 16 x 16-inch sq.
Preparation
    Roast squirrels or ham (save broth); pick meat and discard bones.
    In an 8-quart stew pot, add meat, broth, potatoes and onion.
    Fill 1/2 full with water.
    Bring to boil.
    While bringing to boil, prepare dough.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
    Drop one at a time into boiling pot.
    Simmer, uncovered, until fully cooked.
