South Of The Border - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans green chilis
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook ground beef and onion together; drain.
Put ground beef mixture in baking dish, then add green chilis and Cheddar cheese soup.
Mix together egg, flour, milk and salt.
Pour over ground beef mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 until top is brown.
