Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with salt until peak forms.
    Gradually beat in sugar, vinegar and vanilla.
    Continue beating until very stiff. Fold in pecans.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes or until firm.
    You may add food colorings for different seasons of the year.
