Honey Baked Goose - cooking recipe

1 Canada goose breast, skinned, boned and split into halves
2 skinned Canada goose legs
honey
hickory salt
5 medium potatoes
6 large carrots
5 onions
bacon grease
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Clean and cut onions, carrots and potatoes into bite size pieces.
Pour one cup of melted bacon grease into bottom of large casserole dish.
Cook carrots and potatoes in microwave oven for five minutes on High.
