Gremolata Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. loaf Italian bread
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated lemon peel
    1 large clove crushed garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut 12 (1/2-inch) slices from bread; set aside.
    In bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Spread mixture over bread slices.
    Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet.
    Bake for about 15 minutes, until bread is golden brown.
    Makes 12.
