Mama Martz Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, buttered and cubed
    3 large eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 lb. cheese, grated
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Layer half of bread and half of cheese in 1 1/2-quart casserole, greased.
    Repeat layers, ending in cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper in blender.
    Blend well and pour over bread and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve immediately.
    Serves 6.
